Meal plans

Do you wish you had time to cook healthy homemade food? Are you tired of trying to think of interesting, tasty and healthy food to eat? Would you like to reduce food waste? Do you have a particular nutritional or dietary requirements?

If you said yes to any of these questions then a meal plan may be just the thing for you!

Each of my meal plans are 4 weeks long  and can be for one meal per day or for lunch and evening meal with suggestions for breakfasts and snacks.

Benefits of meal plans:

  • they save so much time! On the day of the meals you already know what you’re making. You also spend less time writing shopping lists and at the supermarket.
  • they save you money. I am a strong believer in the Love Food Hate Waste campaign. By planning carefully you don’t waste any food and don’t buy unnecessary items.
  • they improve your nutritional intake. You can look over weeks or months to ensure you or your family are consuming a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet.

Personalised Meal Plans

Designed by Kate following consultation with you (please see disclaimer below). These meal plans are ideal if you have an allergy or intolerance to cater for or if you are very busy and struggle to fit in healthy eating. These meal plans can be tailored to individuals, couples and families. As Kate is a specialist paediatric dietitian infants and children can also be included. They also include packed lunch ideas for adults or children.

  • Standard meal plans are updated seasonally and e-mailed out on the following dates: December 1st, March 1st, June 1st and September 1st.
  • Personalised meal plans will also be seasonal but dates may vary slightly.

All meal plans are based on the information provided by you, they can only be nutritionally complete if you are honest. If you have any concerns regarding your health or any unusual symptoms please seek advice from your GP. This is not a replacement for seeing a Registered Dietitian in person.
